location is 1,000 to 1,500 square feet.
What
is the franchise fee to open a Pockets?
The one-time franchise
fee for a single unit is $30,000 for the first store and $25,000 for
each store thereafter.
How
much money do I need to open a franchise?
Individuals will need approximately
$150,000 in liquid assets, along with an overall net worth (total assets
minus total liabilities) of $300,000 to qualify. The total cost of each
unit varies by size and location.
How
much are the royalties and other annual fees?
Royalty and Continuing Services
fees are 5% of net sales.
How
are Pocket’s site locations selected?
Selecting the site is a
joint process between the franchisee and Pockets Franchise, Inc. We
will provide you with our site selection criteria. Once a potential
Pocket site has been identified, we will review and evaluate it together.
What
kind of training can I expect as a franchisee?
All new franchisees
participate in an 10-day program conducted by our training staff at
our Pockets location in Glencoe, IL . They then receive real-life management
experience through a two-week apprenticeship program. Once completed,
franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including on-site
reviews.
How
is food quality and consistency maintained?
All products are delivered
by a national distributor to all stores on a weekly basis. Additionally,
the Pocket bread is made at a local commissary and shipped to your store
on a weekly basis along with other proprietary items.
