Pockets is seeking highly-qualified individuals to become franchisees.
Prior business experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications,
individual motivation and a track record of success are important factors in our evaluation process.
The average size of a full-service location is 1,000 to 1,500 square feet.
The one-time franchise fee for a single unit is $30,000 for the first store and $25,000 for each store thereafter.
Individuals will need approximately $150,000 in liquid assets, along with an overall net worth (total assets minus total liabilities) of $300,000 to qualify. The total cost of each unit varies by size and location.
Royalty and Continuing Services fees are 5% of net sales.
Selecting the site is a joint process between the franchisee and Pockets Franchise, Inc. We will provide you with our site selection criteria. Once a potential Pocket site has been identified, we will review and evaluate it together.
All new franchisees participate in an 10-day program conducted by
our training staff at our Pockets location in Glencoe, IL . They then
receive real-life management experience through a two-week
apprenticeship program.
Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including on-site reviews.
All products are delivered by a national distributor to all stores on a weekly basis. Additionally, the Pocket bread is made at a local commissary and shipped to your store on a weekly basis along with other proprietary items.
